Weebit Nano appoints Ms Anne Templeman-Jones as Deputy Chair
4 August 2025 – Weebit Nano Ltd ( ASX: WBT , Weebit ), a leading developer and licensor of advanced memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, has appointed independent NonExecutive Director Ms Anne Templeman-Jones as Deputy Chair of the Board, effective 5 August 2025.
As Deputy Chair, Ms Templeman-Jones is Australian-based and will represent Weebit Nano at local investor, industry and government meetings. Ms Templeman-Jones is a highly credentialed ASX Board Director with experience with ASX50 and ASX100 companies, including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited and Worley Limited.
Chair of Weebit Nano, Dadi Perlmutter, said: “Since joining the Board, Anne has been instrumental in enhancing our corporate processes and procedures as we prepare the business for significant growth. Anne is exceptionally well regarded within the Australian corporate environment, and our new Board structure ensures we leverage her expertise and network to improve Weebit’s standing with local stakeholders especially when both the Chair and the CEO are not Australian residents. This appointment aligns with corporate governance best-practice, and reflects our maturing as a Company. Importantly, Anne’s new Board role enables me to focus on supporting Coby and the leadership team on strategy.”
