Change of Company Secretary, Registered Office and Principal Place of Business Address
30 September 2025 – Weebit Nano Ltd ( ASX: WBT , Weebit ), a leading developer of next generation memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Ms Anna Sandham has resigned as Company Secretary of Weebit effective 30 September 2025. The Board thanks Anna for her contribution as Company Secretary and wishes her well for the future.
Naomi Lawrie has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 30 September 2025. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Naomi Lawrie is responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
The Company also advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, that effective 30 September 2025, the Company’s registered address, principal place of business and contact number has changed to the following:
