Change of Company Secretary, Registered Office and Principal Place of Business Address
14 June 2024 – Weebit Nano Limited ( ASX: WBT or Company ), a leading developer of next generation memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Mr Mark Licciardo has resigned as Company Secretary of WBT effective 15 June 2024. The Company thanks Mark for his contribution as Company Secretary and wishes him well for the future.
Mrs. Anna Sandham has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 15 June 2024. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mrs. Anna Sandham is responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
