Yoav Nissan-Cohen transitions to Non-Executive Director

31 July 2024 – Weebit Nano Limited ( ASX: WBT , Weebit or Company ), a leading developer of advanced memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, advises that Executive Director Yoav Nissan-Cohen will transition to a Non-Executive Director role, effective on and from 1 August 2024.

Commenting on the change, Chair Dadi Perlmutter said, “Yoav’s extensive industry experience has been invaluable to Weebit’s formative executive team over the past six years. His deep technical and strategic advice was instrumental in shaping Weebit’s early days, helping to define the Company’s strategic direction, develop and mature the technology, build initial commercial relationships, and hire top executive talent to the team. Given the quality of Weebit’s executive leadership team that is now in place, the time is right for Yoav to move into a Non-Executive role.
