Board composition update
Weebit Nano Ltd ( ASX:WBT, Weebit or Company ), a leading developer of advanced memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, advises that Mark Licciardo, who was appointed as an interim Director on 29 June 2023 to fill a casual vacancy, will now step down effective immediately, following the appointment of Naomi Simson as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2023.
The Board of Weebit thanks Mark for his contribution and support as a Director, and looks forward to his continuing involvement as Weebit’s Company Secretary.
