Change of Joint Company Secretary
28 May 2021 – Weebit Nano Limited (ASX: WBT), a leading developer of next generation memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that, following her resignation from Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons), Priyamvada Sanjay Rasal (Pia) has also resigned as Joint Company Secretary of WBT effective 28 May 2021.
The Company thanks Pia for her contribution and wishes her well for the future.
Mertons Managing Director Mark Licciardo continues to serve as Company Secretary.
