Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

24 January 2020 – Weebit Nano (ASX: WBT) (the “ Company ”) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Ms Priyamvada Rasal of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons) has been appointed Joint Company Secretary.

Mr Mark Licciardo of Mertons also continues to act as Joint Company Secretary of the Company.
