Amendment in consulting agreement with Dr Yoav Nissan-Cohen

23 September 2019 – Weebit Nano (ASX: WBT), the developer of next generation memory technology for the global semiconductor industry, has revised its consulting agreement with Executive Director Dr Yoav NissanCohen’s consulting company, Nicohy Ltd.

Following a six-month period of additional activity where Dr Nissan-Cohen assisted Weebit Nano in discussions with potential partners, he will now be decreasing his executive time commitment, effective immediately.

In line with the decrease in his time commitment, Dr Nissan-Cohen’s consulting fees, paid through Nicohy Ltd, which is a company wholly owned by Dr Nissan-Cohen, will decrease from NIS40,000 to NIS20,000 per month.
