Resignation of Company Secretary

20 December 2019 – Weebit Nano (ASX: WBT) (the “ Company ”) wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ms Tamara Barr of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd (Mertons) has resigned as Company Secretary of WBT effective 20 December 2019, following her resignation from Mertons.

Mr Mark Licciardo of Mertons continues to act as Company Secretary of the Company.
