CEO Appointment Update

Weebit Nano Ltd (ASX: WBT), an Israel-based semiconductor company that is seeking to develop the next generation of memory technology, is providing an update regarding the status of its search for a candidate to appoint as the new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of WBT to replace Mr Yossi Keret, who as previously advised has decided to step down from the role.

WBT has made progress in its search and has identified a prospective candidate for the role. Negotiations with the prospective candidate are at an advanced stage.

WBT will make a further announcement regarding this appointment in due course once the terms of the appointment are agreed.
