MARKET RELEASE (ASX: WBT) 2025 Annual General Meeting
22 September 2025 – Weebit Nano Ltd (ACN 146 455 576) (ASX: WBT) (“ Weebit ” or “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, it will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Monday, 24 November 2025, in Melbourne.
Further details regarding the Weebit 2025 Annual General Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting that will be provided to shareholders and released to ASX in due course.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday, 10 October 2025.
