MARKET RELEASE (ASX: WBT) 2024 Annual General Meeting
20 September 2024 – Weebit Nano Ltd (ACN 146 455 576) (ASX: WBT) (“ Weebit ” or “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 27 November 2024.
Further details regarding the Weebit 2024 Annual General Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting that will be provided to shareholders and released to ASX in due course.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 15 October 2024.
