WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME PURCHASED No. 360,867 SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.035% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL) OVERALL EQUIVALENT: €1.15 MILLIONS
Milan, November 24, 2025 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period November 17-21, 2025 included, no. 360,867 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.035% of the ordinary share capital and 3.05% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €1,151,128.18.
In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of November 21, 2025, amounts to 28,464,304 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.797% of the ordinary share capital.
Below, attached, the details of the purchases made (through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.) and the operations carried out in the aforementioned period, in detail.
