COMUNICAZIONE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE ACQUISTATE N. 100.000 AZIONI (PARI ALLO 0,010% DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE ORDINARIO) CONTROVALORE COMPLESSIVO: € 359 MILA
Milano, 15 settembre 2025 – Webuild informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo dall'8 al 12 settembre 2025, n. 100.000 azioni ordinarie proprie (pari allo 0,010% del capitale sociale ordinario e all'1,25% del volume totale di azioni scambiate nel suddetto periodo) per un controvalore complessivo di €358.876,50.
Alla luce di quanto sopra, il numero complessivo di azioni proprie detenute dalla Società alla data del 12 settembre 2025 è di n. 27.623.437 azioni ordinarie proprie, rappresentative del 2,714% del capitale sociale ordinario.
