WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME PURCHASED No. 111,000 SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.011% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL) OVERALL EQUIVALENT: € 290 THOUSANDS

Milan, April 14, 2025 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period April 7-11, 2025 included, no. 111,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.011% of the ordinary share capital and 0.77% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €290,583.79.

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of April 11, 2025, amounts to 26,418,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.596% of the ordinary share capital.
