COMUNICAZIONE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE ACQUISTATE N. 580.000 AZIONI (PARI ALLO 0,057% DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE ORDINARIO) CONTROVALORE COMPLESSIVO: € 1,6 MILIONI

Milano, 7 aprile 2025 – Webuild informa di aver acquistato, nel periodo dal 31 marzo al 4 aprile 2025, n. 580.000 azioni ordinarie proprie (pari allo 0,057% del capitale sociale ordinario e al 3,74% del volume totale di azioni scambiate nel suddetto periodo) per un controvalore complessivo di €1.610.697,70.

Alla luce di quanto sopra, il numero complessivo di azioni proprie detenute dalla Società alla data del 4 aprile 2024 è di n. 26.307.437 azioni ordinarie proprie, rappresentative del 2,585% del capitale sociale ordinario.
