WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME PURCHASED No. 580,000 SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.057% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL) OVERALL EQUIVALENT: € 1.6 MILLIONS

Milan, Aprile 7, 2025 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period March 31 – April 4, 2025 included, no. 580,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.057% of the ordinary share capital and 3.74% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €1,610,697.70.

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of April 4, 2025, amounts to 26,307,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.585% of the ordinary share capital.

Below, attached, the details of the purchases made (through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.) and the operations carried out in the aforementioned period, in detail.
