WEBUILD: ORDINARY TREASURY SHARES NOW 2.09% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL
WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY‐BACK PROGRAMME
Milan, September 25, 2023 – Webuild S.p.A. informs that it has purchased, in the week of September 18‐22, 2023, included, through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A, no. 275,000 ordinary treasury shares as part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023.
During the last 12 months, Webuild S.p.A. purchased no. 6,417,477 ordinary treasury shares, which is equal to 0.63% of the ordinary share capital.
In light of the above, the overall number of treasury shares held by the Company as of September 22, 2023, amounts to no. 21,195,392 ordinary treasury shares, which represent 2.090% of the ordinary share capital.
