NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

(pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation)

Milan, December 5, 2025 - Webuild S.p.A. announces the data relating to the shares that make up the share capital and the number of voting rights exercisable at the meeting, as a result of the following events that occurred in November 2025: (i) cancellation of the increased voting rights relating to a total of 7,687,267 ordinary shares and (ii) increased voting rights relating to a total of 25,935 ordinary shares.
