Milan – October 7, 2025 - Following the Press Release issued today on the change in share capital and the total amount of voting rights, please be advised that, given the small number of newly issued shares (n. 28,545 shares) and of shares cancelled from the increased vote (n. 604,886), and also taking into account the rounding made to the second decimal place, there have been no significant changes in the voting rights of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding more than 3% of the total voting rights and registered in the Register for increased voting rights compared to the previous Press Release of September 5, 2025. The table below reflects the above-mentioned changes.
