++NOTICE DRAWN UP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 143-QUATER, PARAGRAPH 5, OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971/99

Milan – June 5, 2025 - Following the Press Release issued today on the change in share capital and the total amount of voting rights, please be advised that, given the small number of newly issued shares (n. 940 shares) and of shares cancelled from the increased vote (n. 2,592), there have been no significant changes in relation to the voting rights of the shareholders of Webuild S.p.A. with an interest above 3% of the total number of voting rights and registered in the List for the attribution of the increased voting right. The table below therefore shows no changes compared to the Press Release of 6 May 2025.
