NOTICE DRAWN UP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 143-QUATER, PARAGRAPH 5, OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971/99

Milan – March 4, 2025 - Following the Press Release issued today on the increase in voting rights accrued in February 2025, please be advised that, considering the small number of shares subject to the increase (2,592 shares), there have been no significant changes in relation to voting rights of shareholders of Webuild S.p.A. - with an interest above 3% of the total number of voting rights - who have requested and obtained the registration in the List for the attribution of the increased voting rights.

The table below therefore shows no changes compared to the Press Release of 3 February 2025.
