Milan, October 6, 2025 - Webuild S.p.A. informs that Francesco Renato Mele, the non-executive Board Director, who was not independent from the Company, has resigned from his role of Board Director, due to imminent professional duties, with effectiveness from when his substitute is appointed.
According to the information known by the Company, the resigning Board Director, who is not a member of any Committee, does not hold any Company shares.
The Board of Directors, during the first useful meeting, will arrange for co-optation, pursuant to and with effects of Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, and according to what is provided for by Article 20 of the Bylaws.
The Company wishes to thank Francesco Renato Mele for his professionalism and for his dedication that were both demonstrated during his role, wishing him further personal and professional successes.
