Webstep ASA: Exercise window for share options
Oslo, 22 August 2024: With reference to the stock exchange announcement by
Webstep ASA (the "Company") of 18 November 2019, in which it was announced that
Webstep ASA granted employee share options as part of the Company's long-term
incentive programme ("LTIP").
The Company will conduct a window on 28 August - 29 August 2024, in which the
option holders may exercise share options. The total amount of vested options is
529,621 options, of which 341,151 options are in the money as of 21 August 2024
and exercisable for the option holders.
