Webstep ASA: Application of shares by primary insiders
Oslo, 20 November 2019. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Webstep ASA ("Webstep") on 19 November 2019 regarding the offer of shares to
employees (the "Offer").
The application period in the Offer commenced on 19 November 2019. As of today,
20 November 2019, the following primary insiders have applied for shares in the
Offer:
- Arne Lee Norheim (CEO), for an amount of NOK 15,000 (excluding the discount
given in the Offer);
- Liv Annike Kverneland (CFO), for an amount of NOK 15,000 (excluding the
discount given in the Offer);
- Rolf Helle (Director Business Development), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
- Arnt Roger Aasen (Director Communication), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
- Otto Backer Solberg (Director Communication), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
- Cathrine Fredhøi (Observer to the Board), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
- Nadine Ramsberg (Observer to the Board), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
- Fredrik Skuland Olsen (Group Business Controller), for an amount of NOK 15,000
(excluding the discount given in the Offer);
and
- Morten Evenrud (Finance Manager), for an amount of NOK 15,000 (excluding the
discount given in the Offer).
The total amount of shares acquired by the primary insiders and their aggregate
holding of shares following the acquisition will be included in a stock exchange
announcement following the expiry of the application period, when the purchase
price for the shares in the Offer has been determined.
