Webstep ASA: Annual accounts for the financial year 2019

Oslo, 2 April 2020: The board of directors of Webstep ASA (the "Company") has

approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2019 and the

Company's annual report, including the group's annual accounts and the board of

directors' report, for the financial year 2019. Said documents are attached

hereto and are also made available on the Company's website www.webstep.com.

As announced by the Company in a stock exchange announcement on 29 March 2020,

the board of directors has changed its dividend proposal for the financial year

2019 from a fixed dividend to an authorisation to the board of directors to

resolve a dividend based on the financial statements for the financial year

2019. The proposed authorisation will be limited to maximum NOK 1.60 per share,

equal to the initially proposed dividend, with a term until the annual general

meeting in 2021.
