Webstep ASA: Annual accounts for the financial year 2018

Oslo, 4 April 2019. The board of directors of Webstep ASA (the "Company") has

approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2018 and the

Company's annual report, including the group's annual accounts and the board of

directors' report, for the financial year 2018. Said documents are attached

hereto and are also made available on the Company's website www.webstep.com.

As announced by the Company in a stock exchange announcement on 22 March 2019,

the board of directors has proposed that the Company distributes an ordinary

dividend of NOK 1.60 per share for the financial year 2018. For more information
