Webstep ASA: Exercise window for share options
Oslo, 8 November 2024: With reference to the stock exchange announcement by
Webstep ASA (the "Company") of 18 November 2019, in which it was announced that
Webstep ASA granted employee share options as part of the Company's long-term
incentive programme ("LTIP").
The Company will conduct a window on 14 November - 15 November 2024, in which
the option holders may exercise share options. The total amount of vested
options is 310,361 options, of which 122,461 options are in the money as of 8
November 2024 and exercisable for the option holders.
