Webstep ASA: Resolution to distribute dividend of NOK 1.60 per share

Oslo, 13 October 2020. At a board meeting today, the Board of Webstep ASA (the

"Company") resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 1.60 per share based on the

Company's net profit for the 2019 financial year.

The total dividend will amount to NOK 42.7 million, which corresponds to 118% of

the net profit for 2019. The Board has utilised its authorisation to resolve

distribution of dividends of maximum NOK 1.60 per share, as granted by the

Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2020.

The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of 14 October

2020, as registered in the Company's shareholder register in the VPS on 16

October 2020 (the record date). The shares will be traded exclusive of the right

to dividends from and including 15 October 2020 (ex-date). The dividend will be

distributed on 26 October 2020.
