Webstep ASA: Proposed dividend of NOK 1.50 per share and proposed authorisation to increase the share capital
Oslo, 21 March 2018. The board of directors of Webstep ASA (the "Company") has
today proposed that the Company distributes an ordinary dividend of NOK 1.50 per
share. Further, the board of directors of the Company has proposed that the
general meeting grants an authorisation to the board of directors to increase
the share capital of the Company with up to approximately 10%, i.e. by up to NOK
2,696,700, in order to finance further growth of the Webstep group.
The proposed dividend and authorisation will be placed on the agenda for the
Company's annual general meeting to be held on 24 April 2018. If resolved, the
dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company as of the date
of the general meeting, it will be paid to said shareholders on 4 May 2018 and
the shares in the Company will trade exclusive of the right to receive the
dividend from and including 25 April 2018.
The notice and agenda for the annual general meeting will be published and sent
to the Company's shareholders on 3 April 2018.
The annual accounts and the board of directors' report for the financial year
2017 will be published prior to the opening of Oslo Børs tomorrow 22 March 2018.
