DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING – WEBSTEP ASA

Today, 3 July 2019, Embro Eiendom AS has purchased 3,844,255 shares in Webstep ASA ("Webstep"), corresponding to 14.3% of the currently outstanding shares and votes in Webstep.

Further, Embro AS has previously purchased 1,185,200 shares in Webstep on a forward contract, corresponding to 4.4% of the currently outstanding shares in Webstep. The shares purchased under the forward contract shall be settled on 20 September 2019.

Both Embro AS and Embro Eiendom AS are subsidiaries of J. C. Broch AS. Following the transactions, JC Broch AS and its related parties hold 3,844,255 shares and votes in Webstep and 1,185,200 rights to shares through a forward contract. The total holding is 5,029,455 shares, corresponding to 18.7 % of the currently outstanding shares in Webstep.
