DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING – WEBSTEP ASA

Today, 5 July 2019, Embro Eiendom AS has purchased 297 431 shares in Webstep ASA ("Webstep").

Following the transaction, J. C. Broch AS holds through its subsidiaries Embro Eiendom AS 4 240 963 shares and votes in Webstep and through Embro AS 1,185,200 rights to shares through a forward contract. The total holding is 5 426 163 shares, corresponding to 20.1% of the currently outstanding shares in Webstep.
