DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING – WEBSTEP ASA

Reference is made to the disclosure of large shareholding in Webstep ASA ("Webstep") announced by Embro AS and affiliates on 3 July 2019. As mentioned therein, Embro AS had purchased 1,185,200 shares in Webstep on a forward contract, with agreed settlement on 20 September 2019.

The parties to the forward contract have agreed to settle the contract today, 6 August 2019, and that the 1,185,200 shares shall be delivered to Embro Eiendom AS.

Both Embro AS and Embro Eiendom AS are subsidiaries of J.C. Broch AS. Following the settlement of the forward contract, J.C. Broch AS and its related parties hold 5,426,163 shares and votes in Webstep, corresponding to 20.1 % of the currently outstanding shares and votes of Webstep.
