MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE BY PRIMARY INSIDERS AND DICSLOSURE OF LARGE SHARHOLDING – WEBSTEP ASA

Today, 22 November 2019, Embro Eiendom AS has purchased 291 981 shares at a price of NOK 23,5 per share in Webstep ASA ("Webstep").

Embro Eiendom AS is controlled by Jørgen Cato Broch, and is represented on the board of Webstep. Following the transaction, Jørgen Cato Broch through his related parties hold 6,848,350 shares and votes in Webstep, corresponding to 25.4 % of the currently outstanding shares and votes of Webstep.
