Today, 26 February 2021, Embro Eiendom AS has purchased 37,995 shares at a price of NOK 26,85 per share in Webstep ASA ("Webstep").

Embro Eiendom AS is controlled by Jørgen Cato Broch, and is represented on the board of Webstep. Following the transaction, Jørgen Cato Broch through his related parties hold 7,759,382 shares and votes in Webstep, corresponding to 28.8 % of the currently outstanding shares and votes of Webstep.
