Today, 13 February 2020, Embro Eiendom AS has purchased 500 000 shares at a price of NOK 22.60 per share in Webstep ASA ("Webstep").

Embro Eiendom AS is controlled by Jørgen Cato Broch, and is represented on the board of Webstep. Following the transaction, Jørgen Cato Broch through his related parties hold 7,348,350 shares and votes in Webstep, corresponding to 27.2 % of the currently outstanding shares and votes of Webstep.
