Webstep ASA: Recommendation from the nomination committee

Oslo, 16 April 2020: The nomination committee of Webstep ASA has submitted its

recommendation to the annual general meeting to be held 7 May 2020.

The nomination committee of Webstep ASA has submitted its recommendation

regarding the election of shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors,

election of the Chair of the Board of Directors, election of member of the

Nomination Committee and determination of fees. Please find the recommendation
