Webstep ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Oslo, 11 December 2020. An extraordinary general meeting of Webstep ASA (the

"Company") will be held on Tuesday 5 January 2021 at 12:00 hours (CET) at

Epicenter Oslo, Edvard Storms gate 2, 0166 Oslo, Norway.

The notice and agenda for the general meeting is attached hereto and will also

be sent to the Company's shareholders with a known address today.

Further, the notice and its appendices have been made available on the Company's

webpage, www.webstep.com.

Due to restrictions caused by COVID-19, the shareholders are encouraged to

exercise their shareholder rights without attending the general meeting in

person, through providing a proxy with voting instructions to the chairperson of

the board of directors.
