Re: Conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs") into equity shares
With reference to the captioned matter and in-principle approval vide letter no. NSE/LIST/9113 dated 09.01.2017 received from National Stock Exchange Limited and DCS/FCCB/MR/FIP/1326/2016-17 dated 29.09.2016 from BSE Limited pursuant to regulation 30 and all other regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments thereto, this is to inform you that pursuant to receipt of notice from Antara India Evergreen Fund Limited that the FCCB Committee of Directors have issued and allotted 548645 equity shares in the name of Antara India Evergreen Fund Ltd, held by their custodian ICICI Bank represented by Vaishali Gupta , pursuant to conversion of US\$ 700000 FCCBs. These equity shares will be duly listed on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange Limited.
The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12.15 p.m.
