Retirement of Chair and Non-Executive Director Don Clarke

Webjet Group Limited (ASX:WJL) (Webjet or the Company) today announces the retirement of Chair and Non-Executive Director Don Clarke from the Board, effective 20 May 2026.
Don was a Non-Executive Director of Webjet Limited (ASX:WEB) from 2008, including many years as Deputy Chair, until the demerger of the Company in 2024. Following the demerger, he has served as Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Throughout his tenure, Don has provided deep experience and continuity to the Board, including during the demerger and the establishment of the newly listed company.
The Board and the Company sincerely thank Don for his significant contribution and service to the Company over many years.
Dr Gary Weiss will assume the role of Interim Chair of the Board, effective 20 May 2026.
The Board continues to consider potential Director candidates as part of its ongoing succession and governance processes.
