Results of Annual General Meeting

Share Price Movement

The Board of Webis Holdings plc, the global gaming group, announces that at the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. 

The Board of Webis also notes today's movement in its share price. The Board is unaware of any reason that would lead to such a movement and confirms that there are no further material operational or corporate updates to report at this time. However, the Board can report that the Group's subsidiary, WatchandWager.com LLC, is in advanced negotiations with the Hong Kong Jockey Club ("HKJC") to extend the contract to provide access to the HKJC pari-mutuel pools. The Board will issue a further announcement as soon as the results of these negotiations are concluded.
