Webjet Limited 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting
Webjet Limited (ACN 002 013 612) (ASX:WEB) ( Webjet or Company ) advises, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:
-
the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held both in-person and virtually, on Tuesday, 31 August 2021 at 3:00 pm (Melbourne time); and
-
in accordance with clause 59 of the constitution of the Company, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Friday, 9 July 2021 , being at least 35 business days before the Annual General Meeting.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and potential Government restrictions, the Company will hold a hybrid meeting both in-person at Webjet’s Corporate Office, located at Level 2, 509 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, for those Shareholders who wish to, and are able to attend physically, and virtually via the Lumi AGM platform, for those who prefer to attend remotely.
