- Fixing the Date and Place of the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

- Book Closure & cut-off date for the purpose of forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting.

- To take note of Mrs. Sonika Gupta (DIN: 01527904) Director eligible to Retire by Rotation at the 14th Annual General Meeting.

- Any other matter with the permission of Chairperson and majority of directors.
Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from 20th August 2021 to 29th August 2021 (both days inclusive).
