Results of General Meeting

Waypoint REIT advises the attached results of the business conducted at the General Meeting today.

The on market buy-back program initiated on 30 July 2021 was concluded today. Approximately 7.1 million securities were bought back under this program for a total of $19.5 million.

Waypoint REIT confirms that it will make a pro-rata capital return of 17 cents per security and will also undertake an equal and proportionate security consolidation of 0.9382 securities for every one security currently held, the latter being approved by securityholders at today’s general meeting.

The return of capital and consolidation will occur in accordance with the following timetable:

3 November 2021 Last day for trading of shares to be entitled to the capital return
5 November 2021 Record Date–Capital return
8 November 2021 Last day for trading in pre-consolidated shares
9 November 2021 Commencement of trading in consolidated shares on a deferred settlement basis
10 November 2021 Record Date–Security consolidation
12 November 2021 Payment Date–Capital return
18 November 2021 Commencement of trading in consolidated shares on a normal settlement basis
