Appointment of Managing Director

Waypoint REIT ( WPR ) is pleased to advise that the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ), Mr Hadyn Stephens has been , appointed Managing Director of Waypoint REIT Limited with effect from 21 October 2021.

“We are delighted to appoint Mr Stephens as a director. The Board has observed Mr Stephens in the role of CEO since September 2019 and welcome his commitment, strong strategic vision and capability to the Board” said Waypoint REIT Limited Chair, Mr Laurence Brindle.

The terms of Mr Stephens’ employment agreement have not been amended since Mr Stephens’ appointment as CEO. Please refer to the ASX announcement dated 1 October 2020 entitled “Internalisation and CEO material contract terms” for further information.
