Date of Annual General Meeting 2021
Waypoint REIT (ASX:WPR) confirms its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 13 May 2021 commencing at 10.00am (AEST).
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director will be on Tuesday 23 March 2021.
Further information about the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be published on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and sent to securityholders in April 2021.
