Way 2 Vat Ltd (ASX: W2V) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Way 2 Vat Ltd (‘W2V’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of W2V, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 January 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST – ASX: W2V
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Way2Vat Ltd (the Company) hereby requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 Januray 2025, or until the release of the ASX announcement in respect of the above matter.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company confirms there are no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt or that ASX asks for.
