Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Way2VAT Limited (ASX:W2V) ( Way2VAT or the Company ), advises that Mr David Assia has resigned as a Director of the Company effective as at the conclusion of the AGM on 16 August 2024.
Way2VAT Chair, Adoram Ga’ash said:
