On October 25, 2017, Watsco, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
