Confirmation of Board Change
Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG) confirms that, following a successful transition, Sarah Sergeant has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 12 November 2021. Sarah joined the Board on 6 October 2021 as Chief Financial Officer Designate.
Phil Byrom stepped down from the Board on 11 November 2021.
Richard Simpson, Chief Executive Officer of Watkin Jones said:
